Solana is a high performance blockchain that can enable growing decentralized applications and systems to scale without sacrificing security. The Solana Labs team is highly specialized, so we’re looking for talented people who are willing to jump right in and use their expertise to help us build out the Solana ecosystem. To be successful in this role you will:
- Take ownership of and drive forward a significant part of the Solana frontend experience
- Partner with product managers and designers to deeply understand the needs of the Solana ecosystem
- Collaborate with the Design team to create responsive, modern components
- Ensure our UI components and libraries are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible
- Help drive sound technical decision making and lead technical conversations with other teams and companies
- Debug production issues across our UI programming model with an eye towards improving maintainability over the long term
You ideally have:
- A minimum of 6 years experience building scalable component libraries, design systems, and tools using JavaScript or TypeScript
- Expertise in developing frontend software, with deep experience in one or more relevant frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.)
- Experience owning and leading the deployment of high-quality user-facing products from start to finish
- Attention to detail, especially around performance, accessibility, reliability, and security
You may be a fit for this role if you:
- Are comfortable taking ownership and autonomy over a complex user-facing product and leading its development
- Are skilled in developing rich applications with HTML, CSS, JS, Node, and experience working closely with specs and designs to implement good UX/UI
- Are capable of diving into the source code of frontend libraries to debug, patch, and extend them when necessary
- Enjoy being in a fast paced environment and building products from ground zero
- Thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Take pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems
- Can stitch together many different services and processes together even if you have not worked with them before
- Uphold best practices in engineering, security, and design

Let it be known, for the blockchain record, the only record that I give credit to. I will be appealing. But I won't be appealing a comment, that's not what you did, you downvoted me and injured my reputation without a warning.
If you take the time to research before downvoting you will see that I'm running a job board through the communities feature. My operations are being carried out in full transparency and the free market will ultimately decide whether what I'm doing is valuable for the HIVE network.
Beyond the HIVE blockchain and its appreciation, what I am doing is valuable for the entire blockchain industry. I will not stop.
I am crediting the source, I have instructed people to apply directly on the website, I am adding images along with sources to aid interested parties in their job hunt and recruiting efforts. I am showing people many different ways in which HIVE can be used. I have also created original content for my community. I might even end up attracting blockchain projects to join this network and make use of the many great tools we have here. In addition to that, I'm only making like 5 pennies per post which doesn't justify in any way the work of finding these listings, making sure they are current, formatting as to ensure the content can be digested but stays true to original, and the job of promoting this outside HIVE, networking with Devs, inviting people over to join HIVE so they can subscribe my community and get a job to better their lives.
I am willing to change the reward distributing and reject all liquidity, only accept HP from the pool. I assume this is still possible, I used to be able to do it in STEEM, I don't know. This is how I'm willing to compromise...how is it going to be?
