Hello everyone! I am @timothy21, welcome to this week edition on hive reachout weekly prompt engagement, it amazes me how that Christmas is already by the corner, I can't wait to see that day guys 😁😁.
Alot of people out there has different perspective about how that Christmas is all about, to some is all about eating, buying new accessories, moving from one place to another, visiting friends and all the rest of them, best known to everyone.
One of the things that I grew up and find my parents doing is that during Christmas the will have to share food to their closest neighbors,friends, family relative's, and others people related to them in one way or the other, with love. To them that's their best ideas about what Christmas is all about, and as such many embrace that as a way of celebration, in that season.
Another thing that Christmas is all about is the sacrificial act of Giving, we have to give deliberately with the heart of love, although it is the birth of the messiah we are celebrating, Bible made us to understand clearly in (John 3:16) how that God first the whole world and he gave his only begotten son, ( I paraphrase). And the birth of that son happened to be what we are celebrating as Christmas.
It takes love for one to be able to share the little of what he has with his fellow brother out there, not to even talk about the season that we are in now, how that people are not longer finding it funny with the price of Goods in the market. No amount of sacrifice can substitute Love, if your giving is not fueled with Love towards the Receiver, you Give, for eyes service and only to please men around.
But true sacrifice comes from the heart ♥️ of Love, and as such we will be rewarded with heavenly riches as a result of that, Because he (The Bible) said that it's more blessed to give than to receive.
And again, one thing is required of us to do,is to let Christ find Glory in us in the cost of the celebration, Christmas is not all about loitering around, and doing all sorts of ungodly acts, but you must be conscious of your heavenly Audience and Glory, by Glorifying God with your mortal.
Not to hold Malice against one another, not building ourselves in the act of immorality, but being pure both in thought and actions, no matter what circumstances, we find ourselves that day create and maintain a joyful and merriment heart.
