Sincerely, this is something I often think about a lot. Especially when I'm in church and I see my pastor preaching or I see a woman sitting in church and nodding to the sermon, I would look at them and study them so much, I do wonder how scattered and down they are in there while trying to be fine on the outside, I do wonder what hidden battle they are really facing while greeting and hugging everybody. The truth is, everyone of us carry those weights about. And you can't just assume a person is fine just because of their facial expressions and all. A lot of us are just pretending while trying to act the, "don't look like what you are going through," slang.
Now, let's imagine we now live in a world where the truth now becomes colorful and can just surface in front of our heads. Nobody really needs to ask what mood you're in, if indeed you're doing fine and good. When I saw the topic, I was trying to imagine what a world like that would look like, while thinking about the best way to approach it. I had written a fiction story of a world where truth, lies, moods and the likes are in color, but then I feel the need to write and post this instead. Such a world would be filled with various colors, and I doubt color blindness will exist in such a world, because colors will just be contrasting one another. Maybe yellow would be for those who are genuinely happy, red for those who are angry, purple for those who are sad, and many more. Also, the fact that a person's head is showing yellow now doesn't mean it can't turn to purple in the twinkling of an eye, cause that's how our mood changes, that's how fast we can lie, or anything else.
To me, I believe it ha it's good and bad side. Take relationship for example. Most people will no longer waste their time with someone who claims to love them when it's obvious his/her head is showing color black, which means like or deceit. There won't be room for fake friends because you've already seen and known them, you know who has a clear mind towards you and you know who doesn't, you will those that are envying you and those who are genuinely happy for you. Even your boss or some debtor of yours won't want to promise you they will be paying next week when they really know they won't, that color will have sold them out even before they speak out.
On the the hand, we have people whose intentions aren't really bad, people who are going through stuffs but trying to be fine and look good. They really do not want to deceive anybody. It wouldn't be good for such people to now have colors on their head or anywhere, these are people who are carrying real pain, yet so not wan to look like what they are going through. If such should be our reality, it will definitely weigh such people down.
Some part of me really want to experience what such a would would be like, but then there's this part of me that doesn't want to even think about it. Life's hard on it's own, it will only be made harder the moment people start carrying there truth, life, mood and such openly.
