One of the pressing and urgent thing that ever community on hive and individuals on the surface of the earth are confronted with is the matter of goal setting. It's gradually becoming a golden thing that no one can do without it. This is synonymous to saying if you want to live a useless life then don't set any goal hmmm you'll be the most frustrating individual on the surface of the earth.
The subject of goal setting can't be overemphasized because of the powerful role it plays in our daily lives as individuals and collectively as a group. Many organisations has gone extinction today due to lack of good constructive goals. For us in hive sphere, goal setting is pertinent and crucial if you want to make a mark. Since my advent on this sphere, it been amazing year in and year out because I normally set goals which guides me through my journey in the course of the year even though I don't accurately attained to such peak of my intention however it really guided me. There's no way I could measure my progress in hive ecosystem without an attribute to goal setting.
Before I delve into my goals for 2025 on hive block chain, I would like to insert that goal is a blue print that one uses to actualize any target. In the previous years, I articulated so many goals but towards the end of the year it was tough and I lost my concentration. I wasn't consistent in keeping my keeping my blog updated with good update of writing. As far as this year is concerned, I have learnt to make my goal precise and accurately achievable.My first hive goal is to ensure that I make at least one post everyday. This would require very high level of discipline and good time management. Sometimes it appears as if I could just make more than two post but along the way I backslide and miss some days. My resolution on hive is operation not less than one post everyday no matter the cause.
One of my hive goals for the year is to ensure that I can increase my level of interaction with other authors. It's not the matter of just dropping my link along on discord channel but making attempt to read through other people's idea thereby improving myself and stirring myself for greater and better achievement.
Another hive goal is in the area of hive power. This is another aspect I respect so much. I want to ensure that by the end of year I should increase my hive power with at least 700 hive. This would be achieved through constant engagement and participation in contests, and avoiding power down.
Increase delegation too will improve my hive earnings.
I also intend to be a source of motivation to other hivers in any social media platforms and onboard others.
Conclusively, as the first month of the year gets deeper I pray for grace to maintain consistency and live according to my goals for the year.
