YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND YOUR EXPERIENCE....

The word knowledge can be seen as the theoretical and perceptual ideas, formula or patterns concerning the existence of something or how something is being done. Knowledge is an acquired theories which is often learnt either in school, homes, work place, church or mosque. It's a fundamental tool that explains how certain things are being done, how rules and formula are being applied to achieve a particular task.
Knowledge is the birth rock of all factual concepts, because how well we know about something or someone depends how good our compression towards it's impact to human life is.
While experience on the other hand is the product of practical applications of knowledge that is gradually built from practicing what you know concerning something.
Experience is that stage where knowledge has been dully utilize by direct transformation of knowledge into practical consumption for ultimate actualisation of goals and objectives.
Unlike knowledge which is learnt either directly or indirectly via teaching, experience is totally a hand on the task and action oriented in a particular field which is built from several attempts.
Our confidence is well saturated when we are able to transform the bunch of knowledge we have, and apply them practically towards solving diver's personal and societal problems.
For example; in the medical field, the vast knowledge concerning the pathophysiological phenomenon of the human body which were all taught and learned in college is maximize practically when consulting a patient or client in the hospital setting. Regular and continues application of these knowledge will lead to a high performed experience where by a newly graduated practitioner has lesser practical understanding and experience than his/her higher officer who have wild experience already.
There was a certain higher health worker in my place of work with over 16 years of working experience, whenever we are having difficulty of setting an I.V line for a patient who is anaemic or an infant, sometimes because of how low the blood levels is, making the blood vessels less visible, we find it difficult to set up the I.V line; but once the higher officer is called upon, he set up the line with ease, like a magic even when the blood vessels are not visible. I was curious and asked him how this task is done with so much ease?.

He smiled and said, it's not magic but rather the magical transformation of knowledge into regular practice for a long time which has perv the way for the experience he got to set the I.V line with ease.
Further more, knowledge give us an insight to have ideas on how we are to do things, how we should behave and understand our interactions with the universal world. Knowledge is like a perfect vehicle in a good condition filled with fuel. But experience is like the driver who is to drive the car. No matter how good and perfect the car is, if the driver is not too good, the performance of the care will not be properly put to task and it efficiently will not be utilize, so therefore, for the driver to properly utilise the ultimate performance of the car, he must act to learn, practice consistently how to drive the car; only then he will be able to reach a thousand miles within a short period of time.
Our life is like the car and the driver, we carved the car we need by gaining knowledge and we drive to reach our goal with experience on the journey.
CONCLUSION
both knowledge and experience are very crucial in every aspect of life, because we learned before practice which often build our confidence and made us to be a master in what we do.
