MY HIVE GOALS FOR 2025

Hello everyone, my name is Jerry and i would like to connect with everyone here.

Discussing my Hive goal for 2025 is an investment in my future self, because it is a time to dream big and make solid plans to make those dreams come to life. It is a step towards unlocking my full potential and achieving greatness. Therefore I'm partaking in this contest.

By the way, I learned about this contest from the few friends I have engaged with as a newbie on Hive, specifically @cheeamaka, @emreal, @juwon-btc. Thanks to them and i want to let them know I'm engaging with their content.

I believe that for someone to set a goal, they must first understand what a goal is. That being said, goals are specific achievements intented to be accomplished. It is crucial in the life of every growing person. When someone has no goals, they are like stagnant water with no direction or flow. Goals provide a roadmap to success. They help you identify what you want, where you are going and how you are going to get there.

Trying to achieve success without a clearly defined goal is like running a marathon without a roadmap, you don't know where you are starting and you don't know where your finishing line is. This makes it impossible to complete the race because you don't even know if you are running in the right direction.

A clearly defined goal helps you focus on exactly on what you are trying to accomplish. It also helps to combat procrastination.

Actually, as a newbie, i will keep my Hive goal for the year simple by not aiming too high. It does not mean that i won't achieve even greater than i aim for. The truth is that goals help build confidence and increase momentum. What do i mean by this? Goals gives room to greater achievement, over time i will gain confidence in my ability to achieve my goals and i will start gaining momentum that i can do it and i will keep aiming higher.

• Building good friendships, engaging with people and curating quality articles are of great importance to me. reading quality content and engaging positively with the authors will surely contribute to my growth.

• Writing quality content at least once a day. I may not be a great writer right now, but i will improve over time.

• Exploring more Hive communities, especially construction community. It is unfortunate that i couldn't find any functional engineering community here and i would love to create one when i start working in my field of study.

• Building my Hive power. Actually i did not intend to grow my hive power through curation rewards as many might intend to do, instead, i planed to do so by buying and staking hive. If i can buy and stake $100 worth of hive per month, well that is quite a lot of money.

I am very optimistic about this project and happy for the milestone they have achieved so far. Hive has remained bullish for 3 consecutive months now, just few days ago, we saw a price surge in Hive which sparked some hype in X. It shows that this project is here to stay and i urge everyone to give it a try.
