RE: Returning to a Slow Morning Routine.

I love that you share your heart about journaling and your creativity! I journaled for many many years and had a stack of journals. I finally decided last year to reread a lot of them. I have to say that is was a trip down memory lane mostly about my own growth. I always journal my dreams to assist me in understanding what I needed to work on. After reviewing years of them, I saw so many patterns that were healed. I did end up burning them all to let go of the past and today you reminded me how beneficial journaling can be for mental, emotional, and spiritual support for oneself. It is a great way to really get to know thyself!

Yes totally!! That is so interesting that you ended up burning the journals after reading them! That totally makes sense that re-reading then burning helped you let go of the past.

I think it is important to journal, and wonder if people are sharing their thoughts and feelings more so online, thus don't feel the need to journal. I share a lot of my personal life online, even the pages from my journals. So it feels important to keep a register of things going on and have a physical log of my project because .. who knows if this blog will be around forever.

You keep on doing you girl! It is important to you more than anyone else. Yet, our example can be very encouraging to others that may be in need of a way to get more in touch with themselves as well. That's what life is all about, right? Be true to ourselves and a light for others. I love what you are sharing and hope you always do.

I couldn't agree more!! thanks so much for your encouraging words <3
