Rainy Day!

Hi Friends!

I hope you all are enjoying good health.

I wake up early in the morning, it was raining outside. I am in love with this weather, as rain revitalizes everything in nature, almost like a refreshing cleanse. The falling rain drops washes the leaves of trees, making them more lively, giving a fresh green look. Roads cleanse up from the dust particles, a pollution free environment. Indeed!

Without wasting my time, I did my breakfast. My heart was saying lets eat some fruits today. So, I decided to make a fruit chaat. I picked up my umbrella, headed towards the shop, bought fruits and it was too budget friendly. Let's have a look on my fruit chaat:

After my breakfast, I headed towards library. There, I read "Our Dead, Your Dead" by Kamila Shamsie. I also gave sometime to Fyodor Dostoyevsky by reading his book, "Crime and Punishment".
As the weather was extremely fascinating, me and my friend decided to have a walk towards Rumli. Rumli is basically a village type place inside my university surrounded by lush green mountains and a blue water stream(You can see this view clearly in the above video). This place always touched my heart after rain. We played soft, slow music and enjoyed a walk. I also captured some glimmers of Rumli during my walk:

While I was standing there, I realized that how environment became fresh and pollution free after rain. This type of environment not only refreshes our heart and soul, but our lungs also get some fresh air, pollution free. Indeed, a blessing for health. These mountains, covered with greenry, also make ourselves to bloom like this greenry. I mean to say it makes our mood pleasurable, loving ,friendly.
No doubt, weather had a great effects on our mood. Living in a polluted environment(smoke,noise), also polluted our mind and soul. But as the rain sweeps the dirt particles from environment, it also cleanse up our souls.

I was enjoying this lovely weather, when i remembered that I have to attend two classes. So, I headed back towards my department. In the evening, I ate an ice-cream😅but, forgot to take a picture.
