Can it be learnt online? and.. will I be able to defend myself in real life situations like intense situation requiring a high degree of self defence?
You can't learn online as a beginner because you will only know the theory aspect and not the pratical, it's require alot of things my brother but then i will try to link you up with someone in ikorodu.
I understand. But the second question was in a situation where I was actually learning from a tutor in reality. would I be able to defend myself and will there be health restriction, for instance being hypertensive?
