Just some random paragraphs tonight friends. It’s therapy. Check out the show sometimes. We post links every day. Thanks for joining the voyage.
At least we are getting work done. But what’s very important is that we can hit the weights. We are still within the reset of the hundred days of biceps curls. We have not yet recovered the month yet – however, the vessel is rocking the curls hitting forty fast reps with 15 pound dumbbells. This is our max in the house and fighting the urge to get 20 pounders. The price I can’t resist? Less than a dollar a pound. Maybe a garage sale? Carrying forty pounds from where ever back home? How motivated are we? Did we just put that out into Universe? Will I be reporting the acquisition of 20 pound dumbbells – that I did not have to carry home because of a “lucky situation.”
What I am considering for the show – maybe every “sacred number “of days – 13? Maybe? I will address questions on the show that came from Substack. Our ideas are – or seem to be a little far out. Nonetheless We have been benefiting either because of them or despite them. The Full Metal Ox series began in 2021 – but we have been making walk-about vids since about 2010, when I was using an actual D-SLR camera. Dayum! 16 years almost.

Doughnut Earth
Doughnut Earth is not about the shape of the Earth. It’s a model for how we perceive the system. The solid part is The System, where laws, tradition and culture thrive and is adhered to. It’s also very dense because it’s where most of the population resides. The “good” people. Those who follow the rules and feed the system.
The “doughnut” hole is central control. The control spirals outward. In the hole is where laws are created but not followed or respected. The doughnut hole is dog-eat-dog. Less they – the doughnut hole elites cannibalize each other they must cast their control nets (grid) further into the density of the doughnut.
Just like fishing. The system casts its net broadly and retrieving it back to the center to feed itself and its greedy cohorts for whom what’s provided no longer satiates their avarice.
What’s at the other end of the doughnut model?

We are not really bragging but …
Reading over a past post -- it read like we were bragging about not using notes and outlines when we transcribe these vibrations. It’s not a brag. In fact sometimes I think that I should jot down some notes. Then I remembered. I have done this in the past. Guess what happens. Same thing. These digits are going to peck out whatever is coming through at the time.
Late last month I spent some “quality” time with a woman from my turbulent past. She was bringing me up to speed on the last several years of her life. It has been more than a decade since we have – well – “spoken” is not accurate. Let’s say – “hung out” – and leave it at that.
She was very ebullient and garrulous as she filled in the blanks she wanted to fill in. Knowing what to expect I prepared myself to be receptive and reflective and resist being my “old self” when interacting. It wasn’t a bad time. It went on a little longer than expected. But no damage.
Since the tri-decadian fog had lifted and I was out of my own way – Uni allowed this brain to quadrastand something about her. Something I “gnosis-knew” back then. It rung the bell over that weekend.
Some people are organic and others are performers. And then there’s everyone else in between and on the boarders of those two descriptions. What I got [day 1] was performance. But the showgirl wasn’t in the spotlight a few days later. She lit up for the server [we caught brunch]. But as soon as he was gone the light dimmed.
I don’t know why I found this fascinating.
Yeah I do.
Our whole vibe has changed. We can watch the show objectively. Emotionlessly and irresponsibly. No connection. No accountability.
That was a big step. Huge step!
Redux
A few transmissions back we were talking about the fat sloppy type who had manipulated his way into a position of authority and control and how he exercises control on his subjects, yet has no self control. We moved on before We could warn you about the type that’s a true control freak. He is in control of himself, his environment, surroundings and of course his charges.
Number One Sister told me about such an “archetype”. He was a restaurant manager and although he didn’t actually have the authority to do so – he “advised” some of his servers how to dress. I didn’t get the impression that it was “dress code” type stuff. It was subtle. “You would look very good in black. You should wear black.” The thing is – he was right. He had an eye for “fashion” and what looks good on people. Plus – he looked out for his employees. He would make sure that they got paid, by adjusting pay, adding extras and so forth. So we can also – although it seems rare – encounter a character who will manipulate the “action figures” and the socio-economic dynamic to the benefit of all involved.
