We like to play the prediction game. For years now your humble vagabond has been “predicting” that there would be no WW3, or (hot) war with China or anything that could go nuclear. This despite the doom-sayers that have built their brands on predicting Armageddon. The other “hot spots” on the planet notwithstanding. Nonetheless we have not been invited to appear on podcasts to disseminate our positive outlook. Or the logic, demographics and signals from Universe. But that’s okay. We are about as exciting a personality as Corbin Dallas … who is not “nervous in the service.” LOL.
Here’s the flip - depending on how this fracas turns out - revisionist chroniclers will record the narrative based on their funders. It could be debated that WW3 started on September 11, 2001, - or pick another event - Ukraine 2014 for example.
But here’s another “prediction;” in a hundred years the narrative of this era will be shaped from a Chinese perspective. Thoughts?
