A day with no Electricity!

Having no electricity in a day brings also an advantages to us.

Early in the morning ,my niece sent me a screenshot of the power interruption posted by the electric company in Facebook.

It said the today we don't have electricity for 10hours.Good thing that the power interruption happens in a day time.Though we had a hot weather but we don't have to choice but to accept it since we're not the one who control the electricity.

But for sharing how's our no electricity in a day went on ,let me share first my childhood experienced living without an electricity.
My parents can't afford to pay for electric installment as it needs a huge amount and we are poor ,we even sometimes having an empty table but thanks to God for guiding as we able to survived those hard days.

Anyway ,we are living at the mountain where there's no electricity ,we used a lamp using a kerosene and everytime we went somewhere during night time ,we used an old leaves of coconut and serve as a light in our way wee used it as a torch.

I was 10 years old that time when the electricity came to our place but my parents can't afford to pay for installing the electricity in our house Some of our neighbors able to have an electricity and doesn't find hard time during at night.They got also some electric operated radio and television while us ,were still using the kerosene lamp and a battery operated radio for our source of news and entertainment by listening to some raido programs and drama.

It was a hard situation especially we are studying at that time ,there are several times that my hair got burn while studying or answering my assignment hahaha.

We used to went to our neighbor to watch television and that time ,I am started wishing to have a good work to provide my family needs and my first project is the electricity and television haha.

When I was 15 years old ,a 4th year student ,my father sold his carabao for the electric installation .After two years ,I got a job and trying to save for the television I am wishing for my family and after 4 months of saving a money ,I finally able to buy a 14inches tv worth &80.

I guess ,my story is already long haha.So this morning after reviewing my niece chat ,I quickly prepared my laundry and wash it using the washing machine and charge my phone.
Exactly 8 in the morning ,the electricity lost and meaning we don't have an internet connection as well .
After taking my kids to bath ,we went outside as we had a hot weather,and there we had a lot of chitchats ,laughing together together with my nephew and mother in-law.

We don't usually do this coz we are all busy holding our phones everyday ,I admit that everytime I finished the household chores ,I had lot of time for my phone's.Even my kids too ,when I had a lot of things to do ,I let them to used gadgets .

And now since ,we don't have an internet connection ,we get a chance to have a great bonding outside with no gadgets in our hands.Hmmm I am only the one who holds a phone as I used it for capturing photos.

We picked also some santol or cotto fruit.

And we exploring outside and enjoyed the beautiful nature view.

The afternoon came and I prepared popcorn for our snacks.

Exactly at 6 in the evening ,the electricity was restored back.

And that's how our day with no electricity went on ,it's kinda annoying but in the other side ,it brings also an advantage s for us.
