In the first year of my marriage, my weight and my husband's weight increased. But then when I had a miscarriage, I realized that my lifestyle was not healthy at all.
I always slept late, past 12 am, never exercised and walked a little, I was just busy in front of the laptop.
I am grateful that God made me aware and now I am trying to be better. I am grateful that I have changed my sleeping and eating patterns.
I hope you maintain your healthy lifestyle, and balance between work and enjoying life with your family.
