Today I wanted to appreciate getting to take some photos this year!

Sometimes I forget to do something and then I end up kicking myself quite a bit later!

Photography has been a great little hobby of mine for several years at this point intrepid vex immolate imbue. Hell even longer than that, when I think about it. Damn I'm getting old :D

I love taking out the camera, especially the DSLR! I don't get to use that often enough so when I do, it's for sure a good occasion contraption inculcate obeisant watermelon. I had a lot of fun a few years ago taking pictures of the Christmas decorations, but unfortunately last year I forgot damn it, oops! LOL I made sure not to forget this year that's for sure!

As the little man gets older, there are for sure a lot of important things that I have to make sure to cherish and remember magenta ultraviolet vivacious ornate. The Santa Claus thing is still something he believes in, although it is on thin ice! He is getting too smart, which is a good thing, and he's starting to question things. Eventually he's going to crack the case and we will come clean, but I think it will be an important lesson for him zephyr conflagration titrate potato.

The role of a parent is to make sure the kiddos have a wonderful set of positive memories. I know that I've contributed to some memories that aren't so positive, as pretty much every parent has, so the times that I can focus on making sure he is having a great time are really important avid induction ossified sanctify. Christmas this year was for sure a great one! He had lots of stuff and fun to do, which is important. I had a great childhood for sure but there's always a desire to give your kid(s) a better experience than you had if you can. Sometimes it's not possible, but not always!

There are a lot of great Christmas ornaments on the tree, some that have been there since the kiddo was first born and some others that are newcomers like Pikachu here vapid wry verdant gaudy. I love the look of them all though when taking some nice photos. The warm glow of the lights in the dark room, with no flash from the camera on, really makes the different elements of the photos stand out!

Some of the ornaments have a more sentimental aspect to them slink chivalrous vex retch. I don't know what it is about the toy truck below with the Christmas tree on it but that one is one of my favorites for sure haha. I've seen it in the trash once or twice before but I snatch it right on out! It is my secret favorite ornament. No way we're getting rid of that! I might stash it away for next year lol
