I was saddened when I returned to a small mexican town and saw cameras at every entrance.

I remember when the "traffic" cameras were installed.... one near the exit of my neighborhood. Can't leave the neighborhood without a camera picking it up. For traffic's sake.
I have cameras covering all sides of my home. It is a blessing, improving my enjoyment of my home, and prosecution of my life living in it. My cameras used by me increase the felicity of humanity overall - because I only use them for good, since I am not a corrupt government oppressing humanity. Their cameras do evil. My cameras do good.

This is in fact the reality. This reality is why AGW alarmism (climate change, global warming, whatever you want to call it) is provably a scam. Solar panels are first built before they begin to produce power, and that construction is so expensive in resources that solar panels cannot ever improve efficiency to attain to the efficiency of just burning oil in infernal combustion engines to spin a generator to produce power. Because they are built in China they are built with electrical power produced by burning coal, increasing their cost even more than if they were produced by burning oil. All the solar farms, massive windmills and windfarms, and electrical cars are less efficient than burning natural gas when their construction, delivery, and installation are included in their production efficiency reckoning.
The scammers don't explain this reality to their victims they are scamming, of course. Ignorance and greed are what enables every scam to work, and the AGW scam only works because their victims - us - are ignorant of these facts, and greedy to attain to greater efficiency the scammers tell us we are achieving with solar panels.
It's a lie, like all scams. That's what makes it a scam.
