Buenos días... ¿qué tal? Hoy he tenido que hacer un fondo con la bici de carretera. El entrenamiento ha sido bastante exigente por el nivel al que rodábamos, el trabajo de hoy consistía en 3:30 horas en la autopista pero terminaron siendo 3:50 horas con un desnivel positivo de 770 mt.

La distancia final recorrida fue de 106 km y alcanzamos una velocidad máxima de 52,8 km/h. Me acompañaron mis padres y algunos compañeros de equipo. Y ya sin mas nada más que decir... muchas gracias por leer un abrazo

That's a serious training ride of more than 100 kilometer. You indeed need to have enough to eat and to drink on such long rides.
I mostly take cereal bars with me because I can't stand those super sweet gels. Bananas also work well. They give you the immediate sugars you need.
