@traininglog just finished a 5.09km ride, that lasted for 16 minutes.
This ride helped traininglog burn 68.0 calories.

Description from Strava: I decided to go out cycling in the afternoon on a small stretch of road near home. I really wanted to do three laps, increasing the intensity each time, but it was getting dark and at that hour the traffic is terribly annoying; drivers of all kinds of vehicles are rushing home from work, so one must be cautious. In the end, I only did two laps.
Of course, the traffic slowed down the pace of that little training session. The most demanding part is the climb over the bridge at 100th Street and Boyeros Avenue. I don’t know whether, according to the data compiled by Miss Strava, I managed to improve my time there.
When I got home, among my things I found Eight of Swords, a card I had drawn from the deck before leaving and slipped into the front pocket of my rucksack without looking.
How curious! The Eight of Swords is an invitation to let go of the ā€œI can’tā€ narrative, to recover my center before acting, to observe my patterns carefully without judging myself, not to try to rescue or push… in other words, it is not my task to open someone else’s cage, but to avoid entering a cage of my own, and most importantly, to keep my energy in motion. Brilliant… well… this card says so much more, but for today it is enough.

A hug for you who made it this far, and may every kilometre you ride make you mentally stronger and freer!

To you who have read this far, I wanted to say šŸ˜‚... and yes, I know I have to break the 45 km barrier next year.

Easy talking for me in a country without elevation 🤣
