"Day 2 with Team VeloTrybe was an absolute blast!
We rode, we laughed, and we conquered miles!
Here are some photos:
But the fun didn't stop there... After the ride, we refueled with snacks bout at nteps in the shelter estate and headed to our friend's house for an epic hangout!
During our time there, a fellow cyclist shared an experience of how helmet saved him greatly at the cost of his life of being bed ridden for a long time.
He had an accident where he hit his head on a vehicle in front of him which swiftly changed lane and his helmet broke in twos. “imagine that was my head hitting the car, this our head is just one so always wear a helmet when cycling” he said.
A doctor in our midst shared that it's better to breath through the nose than the mouth when cycling as the nose helps to warm and filter the air before getting into our lungs.
Great company, good vibes, and unforgettable memories. That's what cycling, friendship and belonging to a team are all about!
Shoutout to Endie and the entire VeloTrybe crew for making today so special!
This is Endie
He was very much happy to join us and the cycling tested his strength and endurance
