Description from Strava: Awesome ride in the woods of Ruinen, a 19km mtb track with a lot of playful curbed bends, the soil here is primarily sand, it's better than the mud where I live.
Cold ride with 2 degrees but as soon as I arrived at the track my heartrate went to 150+ and it was hot so I switched gloves halfway.

Much higher effort than I thought, garmin tells me to rest for 61 hours. Tomorrow I have another MTB track planned, so I'll rest when we're back home on Friday 😅
