Description from Strava: My ride started grey and depressing, well at least it wasn't really cold with 8 degrees and it was dry but the longer I was on the bike, the more the sun tried to break through the clouds.
Low intensity heartrate zone 2 ride so nothing crazy, after my fun on the MTB Tracks last Sunday I also need to train my aerobic energy system, so just pedal away while keeping my heartrate around 125, 130 max which wasn't always easy with headwinds.
