It's a nature reserve, so no houses indeed. Our speed is often around 30 km/hour, so that would be 2,5 kilometer in 5 minutes.

After 1:49 minutes a person runs past. I don't see any houses there. Nor anyone accompanying her. Well, further on I saw a crossing and some people on motorbikes. Maybe he or she is part of that group.

It's safe running there at daytime. As you can see it's quite busy there. In between the long cycling paths through the dunes are some villages too, so she might live there or park near the start of the cycling path.

OK, thank you. As for saving up for the new bike with electronic gears, well, I applaud your new goal. I will be looking for a better bike in the future too when I learn a few things and have more experience.
