September's Results

in Cycling9 days ago (edited)

Yoyoyo guys!

I’ve decided that at the end of each month I’ll share my total cycling stats (km, moving time, and other metrics) from all my rides.
So today I’m posting the full results for September.

Below you can see the related statistics.

DST mean Distance
MXS mean Max Speed
AVS mean Average Speed
km/act.day mean km per active day
The Δ_"something" represents the difference in “something” values between two days.

A few more detailed points about the month.

During the month, I scheduled several training rides to prepare myself for my big journey (Patras → Athens, 218 km).
These training sessions took place on the 7th (20 km), 8th (45 km), 10th (70 km), 11th (76 km), 12th (90 km), and on the 23rd (100 km) of the month, with an average speed each time ranging from 20 to 26 km/h.
And once I felt ready to ride to Athens, I did it.
What truly stayed with me from that month is this: each training ride, on its own, gave me courage and strength, helping me not to give up.

Never give up, Keep going

I don’t quite understand — you’re sharing the data from August, but it says September there…

You are absolutely right, it's a typo, I'll correct it immediately.
