Kraków was a blast.

This edition set new records across the board — record attendance and the largest number of artists we’ve ever hosted in the city. Seeing how much has changed since our very first Kraków editions, and realizing this all happened within just two years, is honestly incredible.

A huge part of this success was our new Kraków home — Pałac Potockich a beautiful palace right in the heart of Main Square of Krakow. An excellent partner and an outstanding venue for presenting contemporary art. This time, we also unlocked and tested more of the palace’s interior spaces, allowing the fair to breathe and grow naturally within the building. Comfort levels for exhibitors were through the roof, with proper space to rest, grab coffee and food, and actually breathe between conversations. Add to that a lot of art being sold and bought throughout the entire weekend, and the energy in the palace felt exactly right.

What we’ve built here feels solid. Not finished — but strong. And knowing what’s still ahead makes this moment even better.
Kraków continues to be our most mature and responsive city. The audience shows up, artists engage deeply, and the ecosystem feels alive. It’s a place where growth doesn’t just happen in numbers, but in confidence, rhythm, and clarity of direction.
From a marketing perspective, this edition confirmed something important. Google Ads are starting to really pay off. We achieved top visibility in search for several highly relevant queries, and for the first time, more tickets than ever were sold online - we still going to explore some ideas of how to do it in web3 format. That shift matters — it changes how predictable, scalable, and resilient the whole operation can be.
During Krakow, we've tested the payment with HBD - for the first time, some artists were able to sell their art using Hive. @jojovi was able to come to the art fair and spend some HBD.
This edition felt like a checkpoint. A good one.

We’re proud of what’s been built in Kraków — and even more excited about where it’s taking us next.
Onwards.
