Gifu is back in the world of the living thanks to @cryptoeater, who has led a community takeover
Alongside longtime Gifu owners @trumpman and @epic-fail, Gifu looks like it's finally in good hands and most definitely worth a good restart.

Gifu originally started life as a memecoin with the focus on GIFs. The original team aimed to create GIFs and sell them to interested parties. It didn't really get a lot of traction, and due to the previous team lead going off the rails, Gifu was sadly abandoned.
I owned a few million Gifu, and in my anger with the previous team, I sold it all off for a big loss and was ready to never even look at anything to do with the original team.
But good ol tumpman, cryptoeater, and epic-fail gave me faith in Hive again and the awesomeness that community takeovers can do.
What makes Gifu awesome is that it is a BSC token that is also on Hive, which is great. This had always given me the hope that if Gifu took off, then we would get a hugeeeee influx of BSC users, which would be sick and an amazing feat for Hive to achieve.
So now I am going back to buying Gifu and currently sit at 167,447 Gifu on Hive.
Another big bonus is that Gifu has had a 56% increase, which is bloody awesome. Though I started buying after the rise, not before 😭
With the burn function of Gifu, this means that the supply is just going to keep going down.
