We may notice a decline in productivity if we move less and stay lying most of the time. If a person moves a little, the brain receives less oxygen, which results in fatigue, decreased performance, drowsiness.

Sports can help a lot. During sports oxygen enters the brain - due to this it works better, promoting brain health.
Regular exercise and healthy diet helps our brain responsible for attention and long-term memory. Although it is not at all necessary to leave the house, it is enough just to ventilate the room well before and after workouts. Include sports in your daily schedule.

Often We hesitate to do many things just because of others opinion. If we fear of failure and compare with others, we make things difficult.

There are several ways to get your thoughts in order and relax. Meditation, practice of mindfulness, abstraction and keeping a diary, are some of the ways to do that. I strongly feel that meditating for 15 minutes daily can have great impact on improving our thought process

Under the dietary requirements of the body, good nutrition or proper dietary intake is important for the attainment of nutrients. Adequate, proper and balanced diet along with regular physical activities is the basis of good health.

You do not know where to get ideas, everything seems too mundane and uninteresting. Because of this, you do the work and daily tasks like a robotic machine, with lack of improvisation and creativity.

You can find inspiration by watching cool videos and lectures, for example on TED, or by performing simple exercises.

A clear and clean surrounding around you will help to focus.
You can put unnecessary stationery in the closet, leave only what you really use. If you have to sign or calculate something, you will not need to spend time clearing space.
Try not to eat at your desk, with this you not only can you mess up or stain something important, but also mix work with rest.

If you don’t work, There are some games like Sudoku, Chess, Solitaire which not only refreshes your brain but also increases your concentration power. All these games require a lot of concentration so the decision making ability also improves.

If you don’t have enough for such feats, try the “do nothing” method. This is a practice of 5-7 minutes, similar to meditation. Set a timer, sit comfortably, breathe slowly and calmly, leave through pleasant memories in your mind.
