Wow...yh.. I especially love the part of monitoring the media intake because most media currently often portray relationships or marriages that are not really realistic and steady exposure to these most often leads to one having whole lots of expectations that are not even really ideal and at the end of the day when the expectations fall short like you said, they start looking for what's not lost. So yeah, cutting down on the media intake is very important in curbing extra marital affairs.

Alot of married persons look unto some other people or influencers in the media whose social representation does not depict the real purpose of marriage; this results in the individual seeing their spouse as not enough, the recognition of unmet needs and unfulfilled expectations sets in at the end of the day the once peaceful home is now a place of nagging, complains and unsatisfaction.. so truely it's important to watch Media consumptions 👍
