I love trying different combination with shakes. Milk shake is great source for energy boost during workouts. This time I used following things
- Milk
- Strawberry
- Nuts
- Honey
- Banana
Slice strawberry first and wash them completely
Take appropriate amount of milk
Slice bananas
Take your favorite nuts
I further added Langnese Honey
Added all these thing into shake jar
It will be ready in minutes
The overall taste was just awesome.
