We all know how ice cream is made which we buy from market. They all include artificial flavors with no milk at all. I decided to make strawberry Ice cream at home.
You need followings things to make it:
- Strawberries
- Milk
- Sugar
- Cream
First of all take strawberries, wash them
Remove their leaves and slice them a little
Extract their juice
You need milk at this stage to boil
Add sugar into it
Let it boil for some time
Now condensed milk will be formed
Now its time to use Cream
Add strawberry extract into this cream
Seak it a bit and let it freeze for few hours
Ice cream is finally ready now and it did tasted better than all those artificial products
