Hacking Cellphones with Ultrasonic waves

There are new kind of hacking techniques are developed every day. We have to continuously update our security otherwise we could easily fall prey to hackers.

Now recently a new kind of named SurfingAttack which can be used to exploit latest IPhones and Android phones. It is done by using ultrasonic waves as voice assistant which is normally undetectable by human ears. As we know that we have become too dependent on virtual assistants like Siri, Google Now which makes it more easy for them.

When devices are compromised they can be used to extract 2FA messages and even unlock whole phone. This can become very alarming.

What's worse is that this hack can be conducted by $5 transducer which can be placed near any device to produce those artificial ultrasonic waves which can be detected by phone as valid signals.
