You do realize, that you will need a permit by an authority to offer non-private banking services? At least that´s the case over where I am from.

The whole thing about regulation is incredibly difficult to talk, as it'll change case by case, so I didn't delved into it too much.
Not only that, but different legislations will have wildly different results. In lots of them, lending digital non-monrtary assets won't even be considered a real loan.
