Fully stopped coffee (and cafeine) 12 days ago, to max the effect on race day.
If you can moderate - sure coffee has some heath benefits. If you drink too much you get too much cortisol (stress hormone) and it is also bad for your heart.
Since stopping, I am considering only using it on race days (as I cannot do moderation). My HRV increased from 48 to 70 in less than 2 weeks, sleep quality greatly improved. So yeah big productivity booster, but sadly not only positives
