It's the way life is, this is not a strategy
Life is full of good and evil, tragedy and comedy
Life happens one way or the other, its a realistic melody
Show me true love and I'd also write about pain
Sometimes you lose and sometimes you gain
Harshness is some people's reality, so don't refrain
If you can make another smile, don't forget to shower your rain
It's easy to identify others with their pain, don't forget the stain
Nothing is ever as it seem; as it first appeared
Life is in two folds and with it, we need to deal
We all need one another...so sometimes it's okay to heal
There is also a thin line between love and hate, that's life's seal
You see a heart full of joy and excitement
It is easy to forget that hearts have been hurt
You see a hard man, you forget he was once tender
We seem to draw conclusions way too easily
We seem to judge face value and people are artistic to lie
We fail to understand the hidden truth
Reasons why certain people act the way they do
Reasons why things show up the way they are
Years before now, I got misunderstood for being so lively
A particular person once said then that I have never dealt with pain
Which explains why I am always over the place, lively
Sometimes the quiet people have the loudest mind
They just don't bug people, so it's easier to think they don't mind
I laughed inside that day... I don't need to explain it
She assumed I never lost anyone
Because she has always seen me playful
Sometimes when you play too much, you are trying to mask the pain
We all have pain that we mask...it's a welcomed distraction
Not everything appears the way they seem
Be quiet, be silent, be thoughtful and learn

Life is full of good and evil
Life is full of ups and down
Life is full of what to happen and what not to happen. At the end of the day, people who succeeded through are those who fight and never give up. Yes I understand that there are times life throw to us what we don't expect but we just need to keep going no matter what. Quitters never win against life, the only one that wins over life are those fighters. Quitters never win remember. Life is not at first designed to be easy for us. But we just need to keep fighting and keeping fighting and at the end, we will scale through
This is absolutely spot on. You nailed every thing and all your words echo wisdom. Indeed, life is full of so many moments but we have to get through them. Life won't stop being life. Situations won't stop happening but God is able to help through it all. We need to do our bit too...stay upbeat and positive.
There are times in our life that we just need to be strong with life no matter what it throw to us. Life is in phases and it comes in seasons also. Instead of us actually complaining about what life is throwing to us, we should take it up and fight it strongly. Instead of us running away from the responsibility of confronting the life, we should keep it going no matter what. The quitters never win. No matte what that might want to serve as obstacle to our dreams, we should fight it off and remain strong
We just have to stay strong. Life is for the strong. If we cave in, life doesn't mind rolling us in and making a mess of things. It's not always easy but we need to look inward and draw strength from within...always finding a reason to move on. Thanks for this.
Life is bittersweet
It cannot always be one sided so whichever one we get, we should make sure that we try to be happy and if it is not the good one, we should try to get out of the situation with every possible means
We should try to get the best out of every situation. That's right. Life comes in two folds and how we respond matters.
Yeah, life is filled with bitter and sweet experiences all mixed in the little years we have to spend on this fleeting Earth. So yeah, we should be happy no matter what because this bitter-sweet experience must happen irrespective of your status or position.
Life happens regardless of the status. There will be unpleasant moments and we need to respond positively to get the best out of it.
Life is easy and complicated, it's difficult to tell what life really means because of its many sides and I always say that humans define life depending on the side they are seeing at that moment.
I have learned a long time to just live life the best way I can because it's complicated, this minute is blue and the next, it turn green.
Life is indeed complicated and a lot of uncertainties happen. You nailed it...live life the best way you can...do things on your own terms.

I remember when I was a little bit younger than now. Then people used to think I was always joyful, and playful, and that I laughed a lot, some testified that I never get angry. Little did they know that underneath the smiles and playfulness was this much pain that I bore, even the people around me did not know this. This continued for a while, for some years, until I just stopped. I had had enough of my life I just wanted to be myself and be the way I feel with the people around me. Doing this helped me realize my true friends even though I lost so many friendships, but now when I laugh play, and smile and I turn to look at those around me and they see me smile I know that they know why I'm smiling and I'm happy for that feeling.

Thank you for sharing this too. Indeed, when people see someone lively and fun, they think you have never suffered anything in life. It's normal for people to assume by judging on face value.
This is indeed a very powerful message to pass on to the world. We should not let our worries way us down. When we have a problem, instead of thinking too much let's try to bring it to the presence of God and hope that he will solve it for us.
The God factor is the surest way to get out of issues... life's issues...even the most depressing ones. We have God and we need to have a positive mindset too. We need to do all we can and trust God to do all we can't.
Sometimes, the most quiet people have the deepest pain. We should refrain from judging a book by its cover, rather, we should pay attention to the reality that's associated with life.
We should learn to understand that we all have scars, deep scars for that matter but for some reasons, different people express their pain differently. "Assumption" Is a word that should be eliminated!

Many people don't understand and can't understand because humans we always judge with face value as you rightly said. We always assume we know everything or have things figured out until we understand the story. We all go through things. Life is life. We all have a part to play to make life easier for others and ourselves.
We all go through stuff and we shouldn't assume others are not going through things. Life happens and we just have to live life and focus on doing good. Thanks for this.
Life is filled with positivity and negativity and to some people, good things favour them while some get the opposite. Everything in life has advantages and disadvantages, we just need to set our mind straight and not fill it with the negativity of life. The world is a beautiful place it only depends on how you view it.
