Yoruba will say, "Baba kú, baba kù" - "When a father leaves there is another father"
For real, it seems you are fatherless,
And your bird has been made featherless,
Your fearless heart has been made fearful,
From the thought of how to survive,
Without a figure called, "father."

I come bearing good tidings,
You have a father,
Your bird has feathers, strong ones,
Strong enough to fly and soar!
Though your mortal father may die,
You have a Father, immortal.

And see, He's closer than you expected,
He speaks more often than you can imagine,
He's more valuable, more worthy,
Count yourself lucky, to have a Father,
So caring, so tender, so Kind,
You have a Father, a Royal One.

You now have the royal bloodline,
When your mortal father died,
It may have seem that the world will end,
But the world isn't going to because of your loss,
The world is moving on and you will be fathered,
Because you have a Father, so faithful and true.

Baba kú, baba kù,
A father died, but the Father exists,
Ready to walk you through the highs and lows,
The mountains and valleys, the aisles and planes,
He will even be with you in the desert,
You have a Father, so sure and understanding.

Thank you for your time.

My pen doesn't bleed, it speaks, with speed and ease.

Still me,

My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.

A great line reading this made me understand what the whole thing is all about keep on the good work Mr Ola

I'm glad you enjoyed this and it brought some clarity with understanding. Thank you for your kind words...it means a lot.

And once children lose faith in their parents, they can never give their parents the kind of love that they do in childhood or even in adulthood whenever a human being When a person's faith ends, then there is a lot of sadness, a person's heart breaks and a person spends his whole life in trouble.

I agree with you that when a person's faith ends, sadness, heartbreak, and trouble ensue.
That's exactly the beginning of the trouble, loosing faith.
Let's keep the faith alive, regardless the situation in which we find ourselves.
That will keep us going and in good fate.

Yeah you are right.

This is an encouragement indeed.
To everyone, even those with their earthly father still living, there are limits to what this earthly father can do for us. And so embracing this immortal is something we all have to do.
Thank you for this great encouragement.

Absolutely... God is the ultimate. There is a limit to what earthly fathers can do despite their deep love and affection. I'm glad you enjoyed this as well. Thank you so much, brother.

You're welcome sir
Thanks so much for sharing

God over everything bro.
Humans can't do better than the humans they are. Human capacity is really limited.
God is the only being with all supremacy and providence.
Embracing him is essential even as we embrace our earthly fathers too if we have one.
God is truly the ultimate father.

This is so encouraging. The father will never forsake his own.

Having a father is one of the biggest blessings. he is always with us in our time of need and always works hard to provide for his family. no matter what are the circumstances are.

What a great and so touching poem you present us friend, I believe God is everything to all of us, He is more than a father who will always be there when we need Him the most, great writing friend and may our heavenly father greatly bless you and your family ♥

Truly a word of encouragement for the fatherless.

Here I would like to give an example that when you leave the world or he marries another and moves to another place, the life of the children is completely ruined, neither they can be brought up well nor they can live a good life and in time the children become mentally ill and their life becomes very difficult so the story is in our own family also we have a cousin in the same way.

How about having the mortal father though.
Is it too much to have both the mortal and immortal there for one?
Is it too much of a luxury?
Can abundance be too abundant?
I can go on and on.
You passed the message though.
Nice poem with a nice message, brother.
