The US election is just around the corner, and soon the world will know who finally emerges as the president between these two. This is indeed an important election, the most powerful electoral tussle in the world and I will be sharing my thoughts on why I think Donald Trump might just take this one away From Kamala Harris and get elected as the US 47th president.
A lot of people are familiar with Trump, he's a former POTUS, and the US electorate are also familiar with Kamala Harris, as she's a sitting VP running the affairs with Joe Biden. It would have been Joe Biden running against Trump, but the man has got more health issues to worry about. At 82 or so, it's quite difficult to attend all that political rally, throwing jabs and doing late night study to counter your opponent, Trump is a far younger man and Biden Wouldn't have been able to match his energy. Although he was more of a bigger political fish than Kamala, but then, Kamala has been given the nod to run, by the Democrats and here we are.
Many US electorates are not really enthused with the Biden administration and you would see this in so many internet tolls. They've basically seen all that Kamala has to offer, under Biden, so it's probably going to be very difficult for her (Kamala) to do anything different from what she's been doing as Biden's VP
APART from this, she's already competing against Trump who had the infamous assassination attempt, that endeared him to many people already
I don't want to go into Kamala's political history since they're all rumors. Personally I'm rooting for Trump because He's pro-crypto. I don't know how pro-crypto he is, but certainly better than what we might have with Kamala if she wins.
Someone like Gary Gensler might be potentially sacked if Trump wins, but he might just keep his job if Kamala wins. I'm not completely saying Trump will be completely good for crypto, but look at it this way. Most people are actually picking Trump because he's more like the necessary evil. The US electorate that are rooting for him based on crypto are doing so because of his stance. While the other non-crypto electorate are probably doing so because they just prefer him to Kamala. Now I'm not saying Kamala has no supporters. We've seen her go toe to toe with Trump in a debate and she seems sound in her argument, but you might think her being more politically outspoken means she can easily win, but no. Having the support of past POTUS like Obama hasn't even guaranteed her anything.
For Trump I just think he might win based on the fact that more people wants him over Kamala and not because of anything spectacular. The US crypto populace aren't going to decided the winner of the election alone, but then Trump has been leveraging crypto a lot on his rallies. Recently, he has been talking about creating his own coin during his political debate session. He has expressed so much his love for crypto. Now, no one is really sure whether he is a fan of crypto or not, but the fact that he is saying something about crypto in his campaign is already positive if you ask me, so even if eventually it turns out that he doesn't do what he said about crypto in his campaign, it means he will not really be as anti-crypto as the Biden and Kamala present administration.
Interestingly, Trump is a straight-up man. He is somebody who will tell you things the way they are; he doesn't really like to hide or pretend on anything in his campaigns. Whatever it is, Trump will tell you clearly how it is, and it's one thing I like about him, including many others. Of course most politicians lie a lot, and lying is one thing the US electorate hates a lot. They've been tackling Kamala on how she claims he was raised by average earning parents, and how she just wanted to use that as sentiment to appeal in her rallies.
Also, Trump has been president of US in the past; people know his patterns and methodologies; people already know how he ruled; and they have also seen the government of Joe Biden, which Kamala Harris has been part of. So I think the many people, especially those that are fans of crypto, have compared the two, and they have now felt that Trump seems better. The fact that the person who is a president is adopting crypto is already a bullish news, even if the coin he is trying to own doesn't matter. So we just have to wait and see. Although we don't really know anything about who will win, but from the way it's looking, Trump might just edge out Kamala, might be by 1%, might be only 2%,but it just looks like he'll manage to do so.
Trump is the bigger fish here, the orange man seems to be a favorite and I think a lot of people feels this too. Voting has probably commenced in the US and on Twitter, it's been buzzing. I won't even begin to talk about the huge following he has gotten from Elon Musk. We can argue that Kamala has Obama and some other people too, it's probably not a game of who has the bigger political influencer. The game will be won at the grassroot and Trump probably has the added advantage here.
Personally, a lot of us on Hive are his fan, and for sentimental reasons too, not because of whatever coin he's trying to create, but he just feels and seems bullish. However I'm not downplaying Kamala here, she's a dominant force and have gathered support, and can still edge out Trump, but we will see how it goes, it's not long now, and we'll see who comes out victorious.
