I know, rules and fun shouldn't be in the same sentence, Lol. 😅

Don't be frightened, Neoxian city isn't a rigid community. You have full liberty, although rules are set in order to maintain order in the community.

Rules are the silent architects of peace in Neoxian City. Without them, the server turns into digital anarchy. But here’s the good news: understanding the rules doesn’t just keep you out of trouble — it makes you a better citizen.

As we say in class:

🐉 Giveaways 101: How Not to Fumble Your Win

Mr Dragon hosts 3 daily giveaways, but here’s what every participant must remember:

• Read Instructions before entering a giveaway

• Only 1 win per day. Win once, and you’re done till the next day.

• Respond within 5 minutes. If you miss this window, request an IOU (I Owe You).

• IOU gives you a 12 hour ultimatum to submit your post.

❗ If you already have your post ready, you MUST submit it. Don’t request an IOU if you don’t need one. Mr. D considers that an abuse.

Neoxian City’s general chat is for meaningful conversation. What’s not allowed:

• Talking to yourself or using a bot in your conversations to boost XP.

• Flooding the chat with redundancies just for XP.

• Talking about about sports in the wrong channel. There is a designated channel called the sports-channel for that.

• Quality Post:
  Low-effort posts = low reward. Or worse, disqualification.
• Authenticity:
  And plagiarism? That’s a one-way ticket to a ban. Posts should be original, thoughtful, and representative of your voice.
