During the Kuala Lumpur International Numismatic Fair at the Berjaya Hotel, I had my lunch at the restaurant called Lotus at Berjaya. Lotus at Berjaya is an all-day dining serving a delectable plant-based cuisine restaurant.
after looking at the menu, I ordered the stir-fried laksa that cost RM25.50 after including the 16% Service tax.
Laksa is a spicy noodle dish popular in Southeast Asia. Laksa consists of various types of noodles, most commonly thick rice noodles, with toppings such as chicken, prawns or fish. Most variations of laksa are prepared with a rich and spicy coconut curry soup or a broth seasoned with asam.
However, the Lotus at Berjaya version is a dry version and a vegetarian version. I can see some vegetarian prawns, vegetarian fish, mushrooms, bean sprouts and seaweed.
