The scout ship was getting dangerously close to the supermassive black hole. The laws of physics were distorting under the extreme gravitational influx.
-We are being pulled into an unprecedented gravity well! -shouted the science officer, -The singularities will tear us to shreds!
Suddenly, a fluctuation in space-time engulfed them. The captain watched in growing fear as the 3D holographic universe they knew faded into quantum pixels.
-We are crossing the threshold of a wormhole! -The science officer's voice echoed with a mixture of terror and ecstasy. -We are being projected into another reality!
The flickering cosmos swallowed them up, throwing them into an alien domain where the conventions of physics were reduced to mere fluctuating probabilities. The next thing they suffered was a total dissolution of their space-time continuum.
-We have moved away from the holographic universe.... -These were the captain's last coherent words, as the singularity catapulted them into an abyss of overlapping, infinitely branching realities.
