I am going attack the number of steps I get this month. My plan is to earn the $20 dollars to my HSA guarantee. So I have to have 20 days this month with at least 8k steps.
I am going to stretch that goal to 20 days with 15k steps. I really wanna lose some weight and I think that it will really help.
It also breaks up my days a lot at work when I got for a couple walks. I think I perform better too.
My boss is really into this 30x30x30 plan he does.
in the first 30 minutes of your day you need to eat 30 grams of protein and then exercise for 30 minutes.
I am not really great at morning workouts but I think I can wake up and walk for 30 minutes after having some breakfast.
I am going to give it a try this week and see how it goes.
