It is never a new topic in my house because this topic usually comes out frequently when talking and gisting at home expecially if I saw a teenager that's not properly dress or something off about him or her.

There is something my mother did to my siblings and I that was amazing thought them it wasn't a good idea for us not until I grew up before I could understand her . She let's us do things according to our age as we grow up ,from our dressing ,to portion of foods to eat, to house chores,our education and many more.
We weren't happy with it then because we want to do things other kids do as well. We were not allowed to go any birthday party of our friends though they come to ours ,my dad was even more strict with us then.
Where am I going ?? It is the issue of parents sending their kids to institution school at a very early age , kids of 14/15 years, has no knowledge about life and how to deal with situations,how to prevent or overcome temptation,how to make decisions not because they see someone else do it.
Some parents based only on the academic performance of the child.

It won't be a problem if the parents are wealthy, so they make sure the kids stay in school hostel where he or she can be monitored,have a teacher monitor the kids but parents that struggle to even pay school fees try this as well. A lot are now happening in school,I saw a picture posted on Facebook some months ago capturing teenager girls with some so called yahoo guys in a swimming pool in a sexual form.
I do not blame those children but their parents, they caused it. I was now happy when my younger sis came to visit and told me students below 18years are now prohibited to enrol for a university. Thank God the government see through this because it has claimed a lot of these kids life. I hope the parent could train and counsel the children well now and make them undergo training before sending them to school.
