Laughter, is it a subjective emotion?

Each person is unique, with intrinsic sensations and emotions, and as I mentioned before, "every head is a world" we must keep in mind that to study this type of human behavior we must understand and interpret laughter as an emotional behavior that is innate, but that can be learned and developed at will.

Laughter has a complex, hidden or non-evident meaning that underlies the network of brain neurons that detect any novelty (funny joke or comic action) that stimulates the hippocampus and the response is laughter: natural (spontaneous), mocking (sarcastic), nervous (anxiety), without leaving aside that therapeutic laughter (laughter therapy) or a group laughter where the action of laughing out loud is contagious.

Normally, a "humorous situation" is one in which there is supposed to be a transgression of the norm of ethical, moral, political or social conduct that is not a real threat to people's lives, but which has the surprise factor that triggers an emotional response called "laughter."

When I say that it is an innate sensation, I am referring to the natural action of a newborn child when his facial muscles contract and relax spontaneously, bringing out a sweet smile on his face. It can also be a learned sensory response, when a serious or bitter person changes his emotional state and his point of view of how things should be around him, he will gradually develop the art of laughing at his own situations, watching funny magazines or videos, meeting with funny and funny people, while we practice our humor by telling short jokes.

Laughter, is it a subjective emotion?
Perhaps the most healing reaction is to laugh, as it causes positive emotions to be experienced, lowering levels of anxiety and depression.

From time to time, practice a knowing laugh, where affective and emotional bonds framed in trust and complicity are strengthened.
