Hello everyone and welcome to this week hive Ghana community weekly prompt my name is @quin.lizzy and today I will be writing about the topic"The switch"

It is true that we can't just be happy all the times,every one of us has that high and low moment, sometimes we are sad due to the situation and some times we are full of happiness.We are all humans,as a result we experience such moment cause that's just how life works.
Today I will be writing about the way I easily switch up from being sad to 100percebt happy.The following are the factors that enable me to be my happy self in seconds;

Firstly;My family and friends:must at times I might be sad because am stressed out in school or maybe my mood just went down,when I hear my parents voice or siblings,there is just this switch that tend to happen and that sad feelings tend to turn into joy.Something about the way my siblings act towards me that even when am angry I will be left with no option than to smile.
Also my friends, someone observed that when am working alone I usually tend to frown my face,I was shocked when I heard that but he said immediately I see someone I know or my friends,I immediately smile,this switch is what am talking about.

Secondly;Music: music is food to the soul indeed, especially gospel music.It Just has a way of lifting up my mood,even when am sick I try to play music it just knows how to calm me down and my body feels relaxed.
I get car sick,as I result I usually use music as my therapy,whenever am traveling I always try to listen to music using my earpiece silently helps me but when there is no music my body weakens so much that I feel nauseous.

In addition;God's presence:indeed there is fullness of joy in the presence of the Lord at all times.No matter how down I may be, whenever I go to church either as practice or for mass my spirit always gets elevated.To me is not possible that you will be in God's presence and still be sad,then since God is everywhere we should always be full of joy which is one of the fruits of the holy Spirit.
