The downfall of a man is not the end of his life”: bracing up for another opportunity in life.

Every day, life allows us to make amends for the errors we must have committed which have placed us in a place of mockery and downtrodden. One of the quotes that always keep me going in life no matter what I face is that “the downfall of a man is not the end of his life” This is a quote that has given me hope even in times of trouble and crises. In this life, man must face tribulations and trials, and at the same time, there are always opportunities for one to rise again. Most times, a lot of people who give up in life do not believe that there is hope even in times of problems and challenges. Just as it is often said that what does not kill you only makes you stronger. I have passed through lots of challenges and I have surmounted lots of them hence I am not afraid of any issues of life because I know that it is not the end of my life and that light will shine at the end of the tunnel.

Every person passes through problems, while some fight to overcome some just give up. Most times, those who give up lack this understanding that their fall is not the end of their life. I have witnessed how someone falls, and I have also witnessed how someone rises from falling. Sharing the story of how someone rises from a fallen state is what could help someone to still hold on even in times of trouble. Most times, when it is as if all hope is lost, suddenly a way out of the trouble opens. What is always required in this case is to hold on a little while.

Several occasions in my life have taught me a lesson not to give up. I remember in 2011 during my final year in the university, I was facing a great financial challenge such that I lost hope of paying my school, after blots of struggling, a way was opened and I miraculously paid my school fees. Notwithstanding, it became so tough that I nearly begged to survive. But today the story is different. Although intermittently things may go out of hand, I still believe that there is hope in the end.

To everyone going through one trouble or the other at the moment, remember that the downfall of a man is not the end of his life, still hold on because hope will come alive soon. Meanwhile, this statement also makes me to be careful about how I treat fellow humans. Before now I was keen to conclude on people’s matters, however, it is wrong to look down on people because, in the twinkle of an eye, the person’s miserable situation might turn around for good.
