That is why I also mentioned Scarlett Witch and Doctor Strange. Scarlett Witch can easily cut his access to the speed force (villains like Professor Zoom and Reverse Flash have done it before) and without that, the Flash is useless. Dr. Strange can exist outside of time and space, and can also trap flash in another dimension with no access to the speed force. For someone who can exist outside of time and space, Flash can't even touch him. Other sorcerers like Dr. Fate, Zatana, and Constantine can solo the Flash. I believe with enough prep time, even Batman can defeat him and let's not even talk about cosmic characters like Dr Manhattan and Beyonder

Yeah Strange can exist outside time, but Strange for the most part can not do magic without his hand. Just like Dr Fate is basically harmless without his Helmet. Gag Zatana, and she’s just a harmless child as well.
Scarlett witch is a human physically, rendering her vulnerable to Barry’s flash attack. Even normal humans like Hawkeye can take her out if the sneak up on her.
Dr Manhattan’s kryptonite is tachyons, so even though he’s technically immortal (thanks to being a cosmic being), he can still take some damage if he’s weakened with tachyons. Maybe Beyonder stands a chance largely due to his cosmic status. I won’t even mention Batman because of the disrespect that puts on Flash.😂

These are some bad ass comparisons you brought up, man. These guys might actually even solo Flash given the right circumstances. But we both agree on Batman not being on the list😅😂
