President for a day. Weeklyengagement #86

Hello everyone, happy to be with you all.

Who is a president? A president is a chief officer of an organization such as corporation or institution and even a country, usually entrusted with the direction and administration of its policies.

Honestly, my Mr President is really amazing. he removed fuel subsidy, and reinstated the old national anthem as a new one, something that will not benefit the citizens in any way.

I mean what does moving from ”arise o compatriots” to 'we hail thee”. Who are we hailing and what does the hailing have to do with the situation of things in the country. Will the hailing reduce the prices of things in the market?

I wonder how the next generation will feel when they ear about this move from Mr President. He changed the anthem instead of changing the corrupt ministers😁.

If I am made the president for a day in my country, I would like to change a lot of things but first of all I will reduce the price of fuel because it is the high cost of fuel that is making things expensive in the county. If the cost of fuel is reduced, the cost or standard of living will be okay for both the poor and the rich and everyone will live happily and peacefully in the country.

Transportation costs would also reduce and the masses would be smiling. I usually pity workers that pay for transport to work daily because I know that it is not easy. These commercial bus drivers put all the load on the passengers fare and when you ask why, you will hear *”fuel is costly”” and all that.

Secondly, I would like to enforce free education to all, especially the vulnerable ones, because education is the key to success. If you are educated, you will be able to read and write and any opportunity that comes up, you will be able to apply. And I would stop the policy of “man know man” before you can be given any opportunity in the government sector. And I will try and stop the problem of insecurities in the country.

Thirdly, I would make sure there are enough opportunities in the country for the fresh graduates and empowerment of the youths in the community so that the rate of criminal activities will reduce in the country and the citizens will live in peace and harmony in the country.

I will do this by sacking all the old people that have been in the office for a long time and do not want to leave that keep declaring their age every year and want to become permanent staff. Those workers that have decided to die there in office, I would flush them out and give opportunities to young, intelligent and fresh graduates.

Lastly, I would also embezzle some money because I know I will not be allowed to come back there again and that is the greatest opportunity I would ever have so I would grab it with all the strength that I have.
