It's definitely better to skip a training than to over train. Over training makes you slower, recovering more difficultly and most importance most injuries find their beginning there...
Thanks for the !PIZZA but it'll only work with the exclamation mark in fromt of the PIZZA I guess, not behind it ;-)

It's definitely better to skip training than to overtrain

That sounds obvious, but is still great advice for those who want to train a lot. 🤓

It's true that the bot commands work only if you put the exclamation mark (!) at the beginning of the command (such as !PIZZA and !LUV). 😏

It sounds obvious, but it isn't always very easy to detect when one is overtraining, especially not by the athlete himself... Apart from detecting the point where one starts to overtrain, it's difficult as well to convince oneself not to continue anyway.... !PIZZA !CTP

Speaking of overtraining, would you say that not exercising everyday is a sign of undertraining? 🤔🤓

Thanks for the !PIZZA and the !CTP! 😀

No, i would say the opposite. Not exercising every day is the way of training like it's supposed to be. Rest or giving your body the time to receover is a very important part of training. !PIZZA !CTP

It sounds like not training every day is oftentimes helpful (especially for beginners). 🤓

Thanks for the advice, the !PIZZA, and the !CTP! 😀
