Yoga Exercises to Prevent Back Pain and how to Improve Flexibility

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 0hh:20mm:0ss !

A cat / cow stretching movement can improve the spinal mobility also it increases awareness. We will begin these sets by coming onto the hands & knees with our wrists underneath our shoulders & knees underneath our hips.

We must inhale & arch our back (our spinal extension). Try to hug our navel to our spine even though when we are dropping our back. To start the movement from our tailbone & to let it ripple up our spine we must relax so that the last motion would be our head looking up.
Exhaling is not just critical but a must. Lets round our spine (spinal flexion). Repeating the movement, the navel toward the spine and initiating the movement with our tail is a must. Our head needs to drop as we take the pressure at our belly.
