Have to find the balance that works for you. Running is just one thing I do and it won't take over my life, but I need to do enough to get some benefit.

I am kind of looking forward to the day I am out of work. I feel like I cut my workouts short because I need to hurry up and get to work. I'd like to start doubling my time and doing some 40 minute workouts eventually. Then again, I'm not a fan of wishing away the present!
