Description from Strava:
I did not do much yesterday. The Christmas shopping is all done and I just did a little tidying in the garden. Today I could have a lie-in and it was not looking too bad when I go up for my run. I decided to try the long loop over to Letchworth.

I was finding it hard today, but I think that is partly down to my cold as it must reduce my lung capacity. I had a couple of short walks to recover. The conditions were ideal for me as I was not getting too warm, but the route goes up and down a bit. There was a run happening on Letchworth Common where little kids were running with their parents. The North Herts Road Runners do a general 5km there each month and I did that before I went to parkrun.

I took the track over Radwell Meadows that was a little muddy in places. I passed a couple of people on horses there. It is part of the Greenway that runs around Letchworth and is mostly away from roads. I have run all around that a few times, but not recently.

My pace was a little down on some recent runs, but I will not complain given how I feel.

Podcast listening included Drum with Mike and Eddie, Late Night Linux and Somewhere On Earth. I saw black and grey squirrels in Fairfield.

We were out for lunch with the family today. We will not see them all this Christmas, but we can still stay in touch.

Have a good one and run free!

I always joke with @hedac that I miss the muddy adventures :) health has been challenging but I'm looking forward to grow my endurance again.

I get my share of mud, but I'm not addicted to it like some people. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Always interested in reading about your runs and important to log them. There are some podcasts I’ve not heard of before, added to my list for future consumption.

There are so many podcasts out there and something for every taste. I tend to stick with the same ones, but I will try some new ones.

I’m much the same, I have my favourites and there are some that I tried but switched off quite quickly too!

I wonder how Cast Garden is going these days? Haven’t heard from Mr Code for awhile!

Mind you I wasn’t that into the platform if I’m honest.

I've just not made any podcasts for a while. Maybe I will look into it again next year. I would like to see if I could host podcasts on the server I rent as I don't do much with it apart from email.

In theory you should be able to, it’s all just RSS at the end of the day.

Keep going, you're smashing your training at the moment and getting stronger every day.

It seems a tough run for you, particularly with the cold impacting your lungs.

It's really not that bad. I just do what I can.

Buena carrera a pesar de ser invierno en tu país ..
