@steevc just finished a 7.31km run, that lasted for 44 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 593.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I have had a bit of a cold this week, but that will not stop me running. I was at the pub for a music session last night, so had a couple of beers. It was really good fun with nine of us playing.

It is generally dark when I wake up lately, but it was getting light as I headed out on my run. It was not too cold and just right for me. I did my regular loop around Fairfield as I do not have to think too much about it. The road up to that is still very muddy with a clearer strip down the middle. I do not know if anyone will clean it up.

It was fairly quiet up there, but I saw some of the regular dog walkers. I did have to wait a moment to cross some of the roads, but then lots of people are heading to work. I am fortunate that I can work from home sometimes.

I was not trying to break any personal records, but I managed to keep the pace up as I came back down the hill and it felt good. I have not managed so much running this week. Last month I was active every day in some way with a fair bit of running for the work challenge, but I should try to avoid slacking off for the rest of the winter. I need to make the most of nice days like this.

My podcast listening included more of the Reith Lectures and some science news. I am trying a different drum podcast to see what it offers.

My offer to create Hive accounts for other Stravans still stands. You could earn some cryptocurrency from your activities with @strava2hive.

I need to get signed up for strava and get it tied to my garmin. I'm taking the rest of the week off from exercising. I messed up my toe and I just got slammed with the cold my wife was suffering from last weekend!

Take it easy. My cold is not too bad really, but it's not a great time for it. I don't really look at the Garmin app as Strava works for me.

You take it easy too!

I feel ill today, I think it is time to take care of ourself while going out. Hope you recover quickly and keep enjoying those morning loops ;)

We gotta get used to the cold until may, that's the norm... And indeed it can't stop us

That's great of you sir, doing well running such a big kilometers is not easy as we think and that too in 44 minutes. Last time when I run on the treadmill it takes me 28 minutes for 5 kilometers.

28 minutes for 5km is good. Many people could not do that. Enjoy your running.
