Well done on the half Steve!
I've still not managed to get out due to more joint issues which are finally being investigated. I have however been doing some HIIT sessions at home following that Joe Wicks chap on YouTube. Thoroughly enjoyable and nice and easy to fit into my compressed lunch break.
Hope that improves. We did some Joe Wicks workouts ages ago when it was a big thing. He must have done well from it.
A half seems to be my limit for now. I just can't imagine doing double that.
